Madison received her Master’s in Art History and a graduate certificate in Museum Studies from the University of Alabama. She grew up in Pensacola and got her Associate of Art at Pensacola State College before continuing on to study Art History and Arts Administration at the University of West Florida, where she also worked as an assistant at The Art Gallery (TAG). In addition to teaching Humanities Art classes at Pensacola State, Madison currently works as an Educator and Public Programming Assistant at the Pensacola Museum of Art and also teaches at the Pensacola Private School of Liberal Arts. She has interned for various museums and arts-oriented non-profits, including, but not limited to, the Atlantic Center for the Arts and Black Mountain College Museum + Arts Center. Madison specializes in Modern and Contemporary Art and American Art with her research focusing on photography and the relationships between art and community.
