The William Clover Student Collection
After a miserable first semester as a business major, I began taking art classes. Never looking back, art degrees followed earning an AA from Santa Monica College in 1962, a BA from California State University, Long Beach in 1964, and an MFA from Cranbrook Academy of Art in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan in 1966.
As an artist in Pensacola, my long-time involvement with outdoor art festivals includes exhibiting and judging local, regional, and national art festivals, as well as judging gallery exhibitions. Keeping involved in the community over the years, I have taught many workshops to art instructors in the surrounding area. I have participated in fundraising for the Manna Food Bank by providing artwork and organizing events, and hosted national Ceramics Conferences at Pensacola State College. I encourage many students, colleagues, and friends to keep creating and appreciating art.
